Ozon says GMV rises by 94%, negative EBITDA at 9.1 bln
MOSCOW, Aug 17 (PRIME) – Russian marketplace Ozon increased the sales turnover from goods and services (GMV) by 94% to 89 billion rubles in the second quarter of 2021 compared to the same period last year with the adjusted EBITDA remaining negative at 9.1 billion rubles, the company’s IFRS financial report said on Tuesday.
“GMV, including services, rose by 94% to 89 billion rubles (including VAT), compared to 45.8 billion rubles in the second quarter of 2020. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to minus 9.1 billion rubles, compared to minus 1.8 billion rubles in the second quarter of 2020,” the report said.
